You’re unique in every way, so your exercise program should be too! That’s why Jennifer works with you to assess your fitness level, evaluate your health history and tailor the perfect one-hour session for you—jam-packed with kickboxing moves, body-weight conditioning, core strengthening and much more.

Working together, you and Jennifer will define your goals and design a program that will help you achieve them. In these sessions, you’ll:

  • Decrease your body fat percentage
  • Increase lean muscle mass
  • Improve your endurance, cardiovascular strength and energy levels
  • Increase flexibility, boosting anti-aging properties
  • Clear your mind, reduce stress and feel better about your body

Private at-home, gym or outdoor training is available for West side residents of Los Angeles. Areas include but are not limited to: Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice, Mar Vista, Pacific Palisades, Westwood and Beverly Hills. Personal training packages are paid for in full in advance and adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
